Please choose how you want to receive the files. You can download them and unlock codes will be emailed to you. Or we can send them by email as file attachments, or printed manuals by post. If you are outside the UK there is a postage charge for manuals by post. Please check with us.

Important: Passwords, file attachments etc will be sent to the email address in your order - your Paypal email address. Please make sure it is correct.
All orders are completed manually. This can take from 1 to 18 hours depending on the time of your order. If you have downloaded the files the passwords will be emailed to you, or sent as a file attachment if you prefer. If you have requested Printed Manuals they will be posted to you.
